William Allen Friedle was born on August 11, 1976, in Hartford, Connecticut, and grew up in Avon, Connecticut. He went to Avon High School. Will is a comedian, and he is probably best known for his starring role as the dim yet creative older brother Eric Matthews in ABC's hit TV show Boy Meets World (1993), which ran from September 1993 until May 2000. Will also plays animated characters such as Terry McGinnis in Batman Beyond (1999) and Ron Stoppable in the Disney Channel hit animated show Kim Possible (2002). Also, in 2002, he got a staring role in the short-lived UPN series The Random Years (2002) in which he played Alex Barnes, one of the three roommates in college. Since UPN picked up that show, UPN did not let him join the cast of the WB show Off Centre (2001). Both shows ended up getting canceled after about two months on the air. In 2003, Will tried again to make it on TV, when he got a starring role in the pilot of the Fox show Jack's House (2003), which never aired. Biography:
Will Friedle is an actor best known for his comedic roles, most notably as underachieving elder brother Eric Matthews on the long-running TV sitcom Boy Meets World from 1993 to 2000. As the show was drawing to a close Will segued into voice acting, which has given him an opportunity to slip in and out of numerous superhero roles, including the now iconic role of Terry McGinnis/Batman in Batman Beyond.
Will can also be heard as Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes) in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Nightwing in Batman Unlimited: Animal Instincts and Batman Unlimited: Monster Mayhem; and Deadpool in Ultimate Spider-Man. To a generation of Disney fans, however, he'll always be the beloved Ron Stoppable, sidekick to the brave Kim Possible. Will was also Lion-O in the rebooted ThunderCats animated series, Doyle in The Secret Saturdays; and Bumblebee in Transformers: Prime, Transformers Prime Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising and Transformers: Robots in Disguise.

He also voiced Ron Stoppable in Kim Possible (2002–2007), Doyle Blackwell in The Secret Saturdays (2008), Jaime Reyes / Blue Beetle in Batman: The Brave and the Bold (2008–2011), Lion-O in the 2011–12 reboot of ThunderCats, Bumblebee in the Transformers franchise (2013–2016), Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy (2015–2019), and Kashaw Vesh in The Legend of Vox Machina (2022).
Early life
Friedle was born in Hartford, Connecticut, the youngest of three boys of Patricia Joan (née Leary) and Gary Allen Friedle, both lawyers. His older brothers are Gary and Greg Friedle.[2][3][4] After committing himself to becoming an actor, Friedle continually commuted from Avon, Connecticut, to New York
