Jamshad Cethirakath (born 11 December 1980), known by his stage nameArya, is an Indian actor and film producer who predominantly appears in Tamil cinema and a few Malayalam and Telugu films.[1] Arya has won two Filmfare Awards South and two Tamil Nadu State Film Awards.[2] He was included on the 2015 edition of the Forbes India Celebrity 100, a list based on the top earning Indian celebrities.[3]

Arya made his breakthrough portraying rogue characters in Vishnuvardhan's Arinthum Ariyamalum (2005) and Pattiyal (2006). He later won critical acclaim for playing an Aghori in Bala's Naan Kadavul (2009). He gained further commercial success with the release of the period drama Madrasapattinam (2010), the comedy film Boss Engira Bhaskaran (2010), family action film Vettai (2012) and Atlee's family film Raja Rani (2013).[4][5][6]

Shraddha Arya (born 17 August 1987) is an Indian actress.[1] She made her film debut as a lead role in SJ Suryah's Tamil film Kalvanin Kadhali along with Nayantara in 2006, in Hindi film Nishabd and in Telugu film Godava with Vaibhav Reddy. She is known for her performances in the Life OK serials Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki, Tumhari Paakhi and Dream Girl.[2] Arya received widespread popularity for her portrayl of role of Dr. Preeta Arora in Zee TV's Kundali Bhagya.[3] In 2019, she simultaneously participated in Nach Baliye 9 as a contestant along with Alam Makkar.[4]
